If you are a client uploading or entering data (“Client Data”), you retain ownership of your data. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, display and distribute your Client Data as necessary to provide the Services. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any service-level agreements.
6. Fees and Payment
If the Services require payment, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing information. We reserve the right to change the fees or billing methods, subject to notice. If you fail to pay, we may suspend or terminate your access.

Upon termination your right to use the Services ceases and you must stop all use. Sections which by their nature should survive will remain in effect (e.g., Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability).
