Drew Crawford

Drew Crawford
Chief Executive Officer

Drew joined RxLogic as CEO in 2023 with extensive experience in executive, sales and operational

management; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; crisis management; public and investor relations;

new company formation; capital raising; underwriting; and financial operations. He was most recently with Maxor, where he led the sales efforts for its pharmacy services businesses and worked extensively in the 340B business. Earlier in his career Drew served as CEO of Benecard PDF, where he led the company’s efforts to compete for some of the largest health plans in the country. He also spent nine years with CVS Caremark where he was responsible for all underwriting, analytics and outcomes operations of the company’s PBM, specialty and disease management businesses. Drew was also responsible for the financial aspects of contracting efforts with pharmaceutical and specialty manufacturers, retail chains and wholesalers. While with Caremark he played a key role in both the AdvancePCS transaction as well as the CVS/Caremark merger.

Billy Buckles

Billy Buckles
VP, Product Innovation

Billy has spent more than 20 years in healthcare, starting his career as a pharmacy technician. He has

experience working in adjudication platforms at multiple levels, including claims management, plan

administration, network administration and general reporting. He has spent more than 10 years as a

project manager implementing and tracking projects on both the business and IT/development ends. He

has also focused on niche markets such as workers compensation, specialty claim processing, hospice

and long-term care

Marc Albers

Marc Albers
General Manager

Marc has spent a lifetime in pharmacy. He started out working with both his father and grandfather —

both pharmacists and pharmacy owners — then embarked on a career in the PBM space. He helped

grow MedTrak, which started as a small PBM and was eventually sold to Envision and Rite-Aid. Later, Marc served VP of Product Architecture for Rite-Aid’s PBM, Elixir. After gaining extensive claims adjudication, EDI, and B2B integration experience, he joined RxLogic, a cutting-edge claims adjudication platform focused on powering the PBM space and lowering healthcare costs. Today the company serves more than 15 million claims annually and offers diverse integration capabilities and operational tools.
